Account Registration and Security

When you register a ctg66 account, you are required to provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, a secure password, and accurate personal information. ctg66 uses your registered mobile number as the primary means of account identification and recovery, so it is essential that you keep this information current at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ctg66 support staff will never ask for your password. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, notify ctg66 support immediately.

• All registration details must be truthful and kept up to date. ctg66 may request supporting documentation to verify any detail at any time.
• You must choose a strong password of at least 8 characters combining letters, numbers and symbols. Do not share your password with any third party.
• ctg66 may require KYC verification before processing withdrawals. You agree to provide identification documents as requested to complete this process.
• If your registered mobile number or personal details change, you must update your ctg66 account immediately to ensure uninterrupted access and account recovery capability.

Deposits and Withdrawals

ctg66 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. All transactions are conducted in BDT only. ctg66 does not accept cryptocurrency, international wire transfers, or cash deposits.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made to and from payment accounts registered in your own name. ctg66 does not permit the use of third-party payment accounts. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise authorised by ctg66 support.

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your ctg66 account.
• Withdrawal requests on KYC-verified accounts are processed within 15 minutes. Processing times may be longer for accounts pending verification or during exceptional circumstances.
• The name on your ctg66 account must match the name registered on your bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay mobile wallet. ctg66 reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests where the name does not match.
• A deposit must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request will be accepted. Deposits that have not met this rollover requirement may not be withdrawn.
• ctg66 reserves the right to delay or decline any deposit or withdrawal that triggers fraud prevention systems or appears inconsistent with normal account activity.

ctg66 offers a welcome bonus and periodic promotional offers to eligible account holders. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated at the time the offer is made:

• Bonuses are available to eligible ctg66 account holders only. ctg66 reserves the right to exclude specific accounts from bonus eligibility at its discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific offer terms.

• If you believe a game outcome is incorrect, you must notify ctg66 support within 7 days of the disputed round. ctg66 will review the game server logs and provide a final determination. The game server log is the definitive record of all game outcomes.

• Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documents within the required timeframe when requested by ctg66.
• If ctg66 has reasonable grounds to suspect that an account is being used to facilitate money laundering or any other criminal activity, the account will be suspended and the matter reported to the relevant authorities.
• You may request the permanent closure of your ctg66 account at any time by contacting support. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed prior to closure where the account is in good standing.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ctg66 platform — including the ctg66 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of ctg66 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify or create derivative works from any ctg66 content without prior written consent from ctg66. Unauthorised use of ctg66 intellectual property may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ctg66 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the ctg66 platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service. ctg66's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades and events beyond ctg66's reasonable control may result in temporary service interruptions. ctg66 will endeavour to notify users of planned maintenance in advance where practicable.

Amendments to These Terms

ctg66 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ctg66 will update the Last Updated date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered account holders via the ctg66 platform or by message to the registered mobile number.

Your continued use of the ctg66 platform following the posting of amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should cease using ctg66 and may request account closure by contacting support.
